Explore Turkiye Travel is committed to providing the service outlined on the invoice for the participants listed.

 

Participant responsibilities

Participants are required to have health insurance and are recommended to have travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

Participants are responsible for all necessary travel documents (passport, visa as required, etc).

Participants are responsible to arrive at the meeting point on time and are responsible for all travel arrangements to the meeting point and from the departure point.

 

Payment and cancellation

Explore Turkiye Travel will provide an invoice with the date, details and cost of the services to be provided. Payment should be made at least four weeks before the departure date.

Cancellation of a trip by the participant due to unforeseen circumstances within four weeks of the departure date will be refunded minus the amount for pre-committed expenses relating to the individual participant or the group.

 

Limitations of liability

Explore Turkiye Travel excludes its liability, and that of its agents and their employees and officers, for loss or damage to property or for injury to tour participants engaged in the service provided.
